Wine escapades:
Coming from an environment of wine connoisseurs in South America, I had the opportunity to visit vineyards in the valleys in the south of Chili, and try different Argentinian Malbecs while fine dining in Buenos Aires.
Once in France, I fell completely in love with oenology; I learned to identify notes of aromatic scents in a glass -though I'm not perfect at it!- I learned where to get the best product and I learned to appreciate a good Châteauneuf-du-Pape - though I remain infatuated with Chablis. I learned how to find the best rosé for the summer, and how to pair wine to the most exotic cuisines.
I visited wineries in Canada, where icewine is made, and travelled to the US to taste the delicious Californian wines from the Judgement of Paris of 1976. I aspire to be a sommelier, sometime in the future if my studies allow me to, and I would love to share this passion with trusted friends.
Before entering companionship, I promised myself I would remain genuine. It's because of this that I cannot hide such an important interest of mine, and why I have decided to look for a partner in crime - a lover - to join me in my explorations.
5 course meal? Blind tasting? Vineyard day-trip? Weekend in Champagne? I'm in.

Donations for these arrangements are bespoke. Please contact me with any proposition directly by email. I could take care of organizing our escapade for a reduced added fee.
